Care That Meets You
Where You Are
No two people come to therapy with the same story. That's why I don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods and tailor every session to the person in front of me — because you deserve care that actually fits your life.
Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck in a difficult season, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting healing and growth.
What I Can Help With
Trauma has a way of shaping the body, mind, and present life. I help clients move through painful experiences so healing can go deeper than coping.
Trauma & PTSD
Grief is not a problem to be solved, but a journey to be walked with care and compassion. I support clients through loss, change, and transition.
Grief & Loss
Anxiety can leave you feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Together, we’ll build tools for greater calm and confidence.
Anxiety
Depression can make even simple things feel heavy and out of reach. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, hope, and the parts of you that feel distant right now.
Depression
The relationships closest to us often carry our deepest wounds. I help clients navigate relational wounds, communication struggles, and family dynamics with greater clarity and healing.
Relational & Family Issues
Constantly caring for others can leave you emotionally and physically depleted. Therapy can become the space where you finally feel supported and cared for, too.
Caregiver Burnout
I offer compassionate support for disordered eating, body image struggles, and healing your relationship with food, with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
Change can feel disorienting, even when it’s hoped for. I help clients navigate uncertainty with grounding, clarity, and self-trust.
Life Transitions
My Approach & How I Work
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, research-supported therapy for trauma and stuck emotional patterns. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold the same emotional weight. For clients who desire it, I integrate listening prayer into the EMDR process to invite God’s presence into healing. Learn more on the EMDR page.
EMDR
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, structured approach that helps identify and shift the thought patterns driving anxiety, depression, and unhelpful behaviors. CBT equips clients with concrete tools they can use both inside and outside the therapy room to build healthier ways of thinking, responding, and coping with life’s challenges.
CBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps clients build skills for navigating intense emotions, relationships, and self-destructive patterns. I incorporate DBT tools including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help clients respond to life with greater stability, self-awareness, and confidence.
DBT
Change is hard — and being told what to do rarely makes it easier. Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, client-centered approach that helps you explore your own motivations, resolve ambivalence, and find the internal drive to move toward the life you want. It's especially helpful for clients who feel stuck or uncertain about making a change.
Motivational Interviewing
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps clients accept difficult thoughts and emotions while committing to actions that align with their deepest values. Rather than fighting inner struggles, ACT builds psychological flexibility — helping clients remain present, grounded, and engaged even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
ACT
Somatic Therapy recognizes that trauma and stress don’t just live in the mind — they live in the body, too. Somatic approaches help clients tune into physical sensations, build nervous system awareness, and use the body as a pathway toward healing, regulation, and emotional safety.
Somatic Therapy
Faith-Integrated Therapy offers clients the option to weave prayer, Scripture, and a Christian worldview into the therapeutic process. This approach creates space for both emotional and spiritual healing, while always remaining collaborative, clinically grounded, and centered around the client’s comfort, goals, and pace.
